Infinium Solar did a great job with my Franklin battery installation. They were referred to me by a friend who used them to install a similar setup to what I was looking for. The pre-sale visits were quick and efficient, and the plan came in exactly as we discussed. They handled the permits and completed the installation shortly afterward, finishing everything in one day and leaving the site very clean. Jiel and the team were great at helping debug a configuration issue in the solar system that was preventing it from working properly when connected to the battery system. It’s working great now. Dimitri was also great at managing the city inspection and making the final adjustments. I am very pleased with the job they did.

Exceeded expectations. Our salesperson, Jacob, was informative, knowledgeable, and low-pressure. The pricing was very fair, and the work was completed quicker than originally committed. Infinium did a full install on my roof with Maxeon panels and Franklin batteries, and I’m very happy with how it turned out overall. Shoutouts to Ennar, who led the electrical work, and Jiel, who helped with support. They were able to coordinate with my roofer to install the solar mounts before the shingles went on, which allowed for a clean install without having to screw through the shingles—something I highly recommend. Response times and progress were a little slower than ideal at times, but I felt they paid close attention to quality, and the final result turned out great. In the end, that’s what matters most.

Dimitri and Theo installed our solar system, and just two and a half days later we were up and running! They even shared helpful tips on lowering our electricity usage to save for the winter and reduce how much we pull from the grid. We have two autistic children and use a lot of electricity to keep them comfortable and content. Now, when the power goes out for any reason, we’ll be able to keep their iPads and AAC devices charged and running. They treated us and our home with respect and kindness. Terrific experience overall. Infinium took care of everything from start to finish—panels, Powerwall, permits, PG&E, etc. Very easy process. The team was extremely professional and took great care of our property and roof, even paying attention to small details like using ladder guards to prevent scratches. Mike, our consultant, came out several times throughout the project to ensure we had the right system to get our electricity bill close to zero, and he handled any surprises smoothly. Everyone was super friendly and responsive. The system has been running for a couple of months now, and we couldn’t be happier.
