After earning an electrical engineering degree and an MBA, I dedicated two decades to the semiconductor industry before founding Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric. Initially focusing on off-grid solutions and DIY homeowners, I envisioned a company centered on exceptional customer service and high-quality products. At Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric, we operate as a family-oriented business where our excellent employees are integral—they're not just colleagues, but valued members of our extended family. We take pride in never using subcontractors, ensuring that every project reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Beyond work, raising my family in the Bay Area brings me great joy and strengthens my dedication to fostering sustainable communities through renewable energy solutions.

Inspired by a passion for renewable energy and sustainability, I specialize in solar battery sales, driven by the potential of solar energy to reduce our carbon footprint. What fascinates me most is solar battery technology's ability to store energy, ensuring reliability even during non-sunny periods. As the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager at Infinium Solar, Roofing & Electric, I serve as the voice of the customer across our teams, helping ensure every homeowner has a smooth, informed, and positive experience from first contact through long-term system ownership. My role bridges marketing, sales, and operations to create clear communication, strong internal systems, and customer-first processes that support our clients at every stage. I’m especially proud of the frameworks and workflows we’ve built to support customers throughout the entire lifetime of their system and beyond. Having experience in fast moving start-ups and scaling companies, I focus on improving how we educate, guide, and support homeowners while strengthening Infinium’s local presence and reputation in the communities we serve.

Roger Pang is a clean-energy sales and business development leader with over 20 years of experience driving revenue growth across solar, energy storage, and technology markets. He currently serves as Director of New Construction and Commercial at Infinium Solar, Roofing and Electric, where he partners with homeowners, business owners, builders, and architects to deliver integrated solar, battery, roofing and electrical solutions.

Previously, Roger was a VP and Director at other energy companies including a battery startup and a local solar installer, where he led commercial solar and business development efforts and consistently ranked as the company’s top sales performer, generating millions in solar and storage sales with strong battery adoption. His background also includes executive roles in solar manufacturing and distribution, founding and operating multiple businesses, and negotiating large-scale OEM, utility, and enterprise partnerships.

Known for his ability to bridge technical solutions with financial performance, Roger brings deep expertise in sales strategy, market development, and scaling clean-energy businesses across residential, commercial, and utility sectors.

Roger enjoys becoming a strategic partner with his clients by helping them save on their energy costs and helping them build their home. During his off time, he spends time with his family in San Jose and his dog Koda. They love taking hikes on the beach.

As the Senior Project Manager at Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric, I ensure smooth transitions for homeowners' solar projects from start to finish. I manage daily schedules, site surveys, installations, and inspections while keeping clear communication with our clients. I pride myself on my attention to detail, quality standards, and problem-solving skills. I love building rapport with customers and providing peace of mind. A highlight of my role is fostering teamwork among diverse groups. I enjoy seeing our coordinated efforts bring unique projects to life. I'm excited about future innovations in solar energy and storage solutions. Fun fact: I'm a killer with a microphone when it comes to karaoke, that's why they call me Batman. In the fast-paced world of solar energy, I serve as a Scheduler and Project Manager at Infinium Solar, working behind the scenes to keep projects moving smoothly. I view my role as essential support—handling the heavy lifting of organizing timelines and coordinating crews. This allows our installers to focus entirely on quality workmanship and ensures our customers enjoy a stress-free experience. For me, there is a simple satisfaction in seeing a project successfully come together and knowing I played a part in helping our customers transition to green energy.

As the Social Media Specialist at Infinium Solar, Roofing and Electric, I capture installations, film customer testimonials, and create content that reflects our brand and our commitment to clean energy. My passion for storytelling and sustainability led me to this work, and I enjoy documenting the craftsmanship of our team and the real experiences of our homeowners.

With 17 years of experience in the solar and electrical fields, I stand out by working closely with customers, ensuring we build the perfect system together. I specialized in solar batteries due to NEM 3 and its impact on homeowners. The aspect of this technology that I find fascinating is how solar cells and microinverters convert sunlight into power. Selling solar batteries can be challenging, but once I explain the costs and savings, homeowners see the value. My approach is always honest and straightforward. Positive feedback on my clear presentations and earning referrals is where I'm rewarded with referrals. Outside of work, I love going and playing baseball. A proud moment was making it to the Presidents Club twice at SunPower, earning a company-paid trip for me and my family.

Gideon grew up on a farm and helped his dad install solar panels on the property back in the early 1980’s. That experience helped spark a successful career in solar sales back in 2014. Infinium is the fourth, and hopefully last, solar company he’s worked with. With each transition, moving up to better products, services, and experiences. He started in sales and is now the Assistant Sales Director, though still mostly sales. Gideon isn’t just another “solar sales guy”. He’s passionate about the renewable energy industry and enthusiastically shares his solar & battery knowledge. With that knowledge, a homeowner can make the best decision for themselves.

When he’s not working, he enjoys gardening, home improvement and as many beach adventures as possible with his new wife.

As a Senior Project Administrator, my typical day involves keeping customers informed about the status of their projects, ensuring they are up to date on any developments, and assisting them with design plans and interconnection applications.

I spent 12 years in the solar industry managing Operations and Finance, working with lease, loan, and cash contracts for residential customers. When the company I worked for shut down, I found myself searching for a new solar organization where I could continue my career and professional growth. Fortunately, Infinium Solar welcomed me wholeheartedly, and I am proud to say that over the past year, I have grown and learned tremendously with the support, guidance, and encouragement of the people around me.

I am deeply honored to be part of a team that works selflessly and genuinely cares about its customers. This team consistently prioritizes listening to customer needs while also valuing and supporting its employees. The collaborative environment, positive attitude, and strong sense of teamwork make Infinium Solar a truly great place to work.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my toddler or playing badminton whenever I have some extra time.

As a Design Engineer with 10 years of experience in the electric and solar industry, I specialize in PV and ESS system layout, electrical design, and utility compliance. I strive to design systems that perform reliably in real-world conditions and support a cleaner, more sustainable future. I admire that Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric shares this same goal while also providing great customer experience. Fun Fact: I have watched Avatar: The Last Airbender more times than there are episodes. My favorite quote from the show is “Sometimes life is like this dark tunnel. You can’t always see the light at the end, but if you just keep moving... you will come to a better place.”

Hi, I'm the Solar and Storage Designer here at Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric.

I primarily design solar permit plans for submission to the local City and Utility provider.

With over 8 years of solar design experience, I am dedicated to delivering high-quality solar plans that meet both customer expectations and city permitting requirements.

I always feel fulfilled whenever the customer is satisfied with their system, knowing that I've been part of it.

Working at this company keeps me motivated every single day, with continuous learning and challenges, and a strong support from an appreciative team-I'm proud and grateful to be part of it.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym or out on a motorcycle trip to explore different towns.

“Clarity creates confidence.” I focus on turning signed contracts into fully energized homes by keeping projects organized, on track, and easy to understand. My work centers on guiding solar projects from paperwork through final approval, while making sure customers always know what comes next. I was drawn to this work because I enjoy bringing structure to complex processes, and Infinium gives me the space to do that well. I am especially proud of helping projects move forward across multiple cities. What sets Infinium apart is teamwork and accountability. I stay motivated by progress, clear communication, and doing things right the first time. Outside of work, I enjoy family time and learning new systems.

As a Service & Technical Engineer at Infinium Solar, I serve as the bridge between customers, field technicians, and manufacturers. I handle system commissioning, service diagnostics, customer communication, service reports, quotes, and coordination of replacement parts to ensure every system issue is resolved efficiently and transparently.

I began my career as a Junior Sales Engineer and quickly discovered my passion for customer relations and technical problem-solving. After joining the solar industry as a technical support specialist, I found that analyzing systems and helping homeowners truly understand their solar setups was what I enjoyed most. When my previous company closed, Infinium gave me the opportunity to continue growing and I haven’t looked back.

What I love most is hearing the relief and gratitude from customers when their systems are back up and running. I take pride in keeping homeowners informed, building trust, and making sure they feel confident in their solar and battery systems.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, volleyball, and discovering new restaurants. I’m fun-loving, introverted at heart, and always guided by Dory’s motto: “Just keep swimming.”

As a PTO Specialist at Infinium, I manage Permission to Operate applications and work closely with utility companies to secure approvals for solar projects. I began my career in the solar industry as a PTO and interconnection specialist and joined Infinium through a friend’s recommendation.

I take pride in submitting projects accurately, minimizing errors, and keeping approvals on track so customers can start enjoying their solar systems as soon as possible. Infinium’s supportive team culture and strong leadership set it apart, making it a great place to work.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing computer games with friends and have a passion for cars. I live by the mindset: “Enjoy life—not because it’s easy, but because every moment you choose to notice is a moment truly lived.”

I’m a Permit and Design Coordinator at Infinium Solar, where I help guide residential projects through permits and design revisions ideally without getting stuck in AHJ limbo. I began my solar career at SunPower in 2023 as a Project Design Engineer and later as a Sr. Permit Specialist, giving me a strong foundation in both system design and the permitting process... Because why not master both the designs and the paperwork?

I’m motivated by keeping projects running smoothly (with a little help from caffeine). I take pride in creating a seamless experience for homeowners and have helped improve our permit turnaround times by streamlining workflows and staying proactive.

When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active, exploring new hobbies and foods, and steering clear of anything that resembles a permit portal.

Motto: “Work hard, laugh harder.” Because even in the world of permits, a good sense of humor goes a long way.

Having completed my Accountancy degree and MBA, I've worked on a solar company for seven years in Finance and Operations where I've obtained comprehensive knowledge and application of understanding the solar business processes where I handled credit and collections, dispute management, billing and invoicing, and reconciliation. I join Infinium Solar Roofing and Electric on January 2025.As an Accounting/ Inventory Specialist, I am responsible for performing credit card reconciliations, AR/AP reconciliations, invoice processing, payroll, inventory management and job costing. I ensure financial records are maintained accurately and support operational efficiency. I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise, and looking for ways to improve the systems in accounting perspective.
